Cheapshot and I have been collaborating on stuff for a long time. We worked together on an unheard classic Styles of Beyond Album (Receda Beach) I did some interludes and skits and Cheapshot made fun of me. We also have collaborated on a collaboration of collaboraters that’s really really really hot.

And then we did Jazzercidal Tendencies a few years back and Cheapy toured behind the CD while TLFI supported with Tees and support. JT1 was a combo of some of my favorite music at the time set to Cheap’s fast paced mixing style.

JT2 is the same, but he also did a mix just for me, something giving the songs a little more time to breath. Jazzercidal Tendencies 2 – “The Come Up” is the fast version and “The Come Down” is the slower version. I think we all know which is the better mix.

I know I still owe him a new logo, which I will get to soon.

You favorite Graff guy, Paisan, Ladies Man, Anti Prank Caller, Production Organizer and all around Sex Machine – Jersey Joe,  got down and painted Scoop Deville’s rotating Jacuzzi for the Get Busy Committee ‘Opening Ceremony” video.  He came off as usual, and if you don’t know who this guy is then you don’t know shit about graff. Retna just sent me this shit right here. For the graff/heiroglphics/calligraphy challenged it says “2TONES TLFI” Thanks Homeslice, that made my day. Apparently, he did up an entire garage in Vegas for a new hotel,…..big big big things….Lets hope we can get that Retna/TLFI combo meal deal sooner than later. Something tells me its gonna be later….

Went by Fairfax to drop in on the 7th letter/ AWR crew. These guys are holding down Known Gallery and Will Rise Tattoo on the daily. We are all def getting old. Norm has carpal tunnel and Eklips has 3 kids.. Love these dudes. Back in the day, I would have never thought the crew would morph into this weirdo conglomerate. Who knew…20 years plus and still doing it.
