This is the new video I directed for Young De, featuring Scoop Deville, Brevi and Xzibit. The theme is Lunar Noir. Let me tell you it is hard to get permits to shoot in outer space. Almost impossible. Eyes peeled for the cameo from Ryu.

Young De aka DEMRICK and producer Scoop DeVille have teamed up for a 7 song EP entitled Neva LOOK Back, which will be made available for free download in July. Known for his production with Snoop Dogg, 50 Cent, Fat Joe and others, as well as Snoop’s”I Wanna Rock,” Scoop explains how the EP came to be. “Young De and I have been collaborating on joints with everybody for the past few years. During the process we worked on numerous records which turned into having our own projectNeva Look Back EP. This was a great way to showcase some of the new material we’ve been making.”
A fast rising name in hip hop, Young De is known for his work with Cypress Hill, B Real, Xzibit, Kurupt and more. The Duos first collaboration was on B-Real’s single “Don’t You Dare Laugh” which was produced by Scoop.
“Scoop & I have been working together for a minute now, we just click.” Says Young De. “Dope lyrics with hard beats, that’s all.”
Neva LOOK Back features guest appearances from Xzibit, Kurupt and Brevi.

2Tones Pick of the Week
This tank is part of the Akiko series and it is great. We named it “Flashing Lights” because after the fact, the design reminded us of the Kanye West video of the same name. Either way, this is a popular design. The Hollywood grid as viewed between a woman’s legs as she holds a golden, blood-speckled axe. Is it a metaphor? Or does it just look cool? Who cares.

Questions With 2Tone
Yesterday on our Facebook page we asked if you had any questions for TLFI founder Alex 2Tone. Here are the answers to 7 of those questions:
What words of advice do you have to a young serious and hungry entrepreneur trying to make they’re mark in the clothing industry? -Stephen S.
Start slow. Have a unique vision and follow it.
First break in the game? -Al H.
I got a job as an art director for a clothing company in my mid twenties.
How did you hook up with GBC?
I’ve been friends with RYU for over 10 years. At one point I was also a member of GBC and helped develop the group. I guess you can say I am still a member.
What do you think of Banksy?
I like his stuff. Out of all of the “street artists” hes one of the ones that I like.
What kind of vibe/talent/art do you see in Vegas?
I don’t see much because I only go to the trade shows in Vegas each year. When I’m there I’m always bumping into the same artists and people that I run into in LA.
What CD do you have in your whip right now?
Sirus Radio.
What musician do you wanna see in TLFI gear?
Amy Winehouse.
